Ingredients

Directions:

  • 1 cup PlantBased Mozzarella Block, cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup allpurpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying.
  • Prepare three bowls: one with flour one with plant milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings ( Onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper).
  • Dip each mozzarella stick into the
    flour, then the milk, then coat with
    breadcrumbs.
  • Repeat for extra crispiness.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the sticks
    until golden brown.
  • Serve with marinara sauce.
