Cheddar & Spinach Tofu Scramble Recipe

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
  2. 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup Plant-Based Cheddar Block, shredded
  4. 1/4 cup onion, diced
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  7. 1/2 tsp black salt (kala namak)
  8. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  9. 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onions and sauté until translucent.

Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, black salt, and garlic powder. Stir well.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add spinach and cheddar block shreds. Stir until the cheese melts.

Serve warm.
