Ingredients

Directions:

  • 1/2 cup Plan B Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp capers (drained)
  • 2 tsp capers brine (optional, for extra tang)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce or tamari (for umami)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavor)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional for richness)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste Salt, to taste (if
    needed)
  • Optional for extra punch:
  • 1 tsp white miso paste or
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershirestyle sauce (vegan)
  • In a small blender or food processor,
    combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning — add more lemon for acidity, caper brine for saltiness, or nutritional yeast for cheesy depth.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
